Wes Welker (and His HOT Girlfriend) Party with the Little People

In an absolute travesty of Internet journalism I only today found out about Wes Welker's NFL kickoff party back in September. I'm furious. 1) I wasn't invited, B) this party sounds like it was fun!

The diminutive New England Patriots receiver, who is listed at 5'9"—which means he's more like 5'7"—called specially to the company catering his event to see if they could include some little people in the staff, presumably so he could feel taller than SOMEONE for once. 

Totally excited by how it came out as this photo of Welker (and his insanely hot girlfriend Anna Burns—more on that in a moment) shows, it looks like a good time was had by all.

As for the lovely arm candy, Welker has been dating Miss Anna Burns, the former 2005 Miss Hooters International AND featured as Miss December in the wing company's annual calendar. In 2007 she also received the prestigious "Best Damn Dream Girl" title from Hooters. Well deserved. 

While unfortunately there aren't more photos from Welker's night out, there ARE photos of Miss Burns so, let's ogle together.

Man, I wish I was a short white guy.
