Timid Teemu Gets Into His First Fight

Normally a rather demure and soft-spoken type of gentleman, Teemu Selanne, 40, is in his 18th year in the NHL. The Finnish forward had, up until Sunday, never received a major for fighting in his career. Against the Los Angeles Kings, in the final game of the season, Selanne broke the seal.

Taking on Brad Richards, Selanne and several of his teammates got into some heavy lifting after the refs blew a penatly call. Ultimately, the 40-year-old gave as good as he got.
