You Know How I Know Derek Jeter Sucks?
Derek Jeter apparently is a big American Idol fan, so much so that, while the Yankees are on their roadtrip to Minnesota he has been telling everyone, players, reporters, clubhouse attendants to not speak a WORD about the season finale that aired Wednesday.
"Don't say anything about American Idol. Nothing about American Idol. Nobody talks about American Idol," Jeter was overheard saying all over the clubhouse. Since, as he claims, he doesn't use the Internet, it's possible that Jeter really doesn't know that Lee DeWyze won (who?)
He goes so far as to remind reporters before speaking to him with conversations like:
Jeter: "Nothing about American Idol."Me: "Umm, OK, sure."
Hey Jeter, get a life! American Idol is fucking LAME!
