Holden Gets His Leg Broke

The World Cup is less than 100 days away (!!!!) but the US squad -- recently downgraded by FIFA to the 18th ranking -- suffered a blow to their chances during a friendly against the third-ranked Dutch team. Nigel de Jong took out midfielder Stuart Holden and in the process broke Holden's leg. 

Holden, one of the top young Americans will now be out 6 weeks, which doesn't bode well for his chances to be playing in South Africa. So much for a friendly...
