Before most major sports events, since all government is local, the mayors of the respective teams like to make friendly wagers on the game betting some of the things their city is famous for. The Super Bowl teams are set and the mayors of Indianapolis and New Orleans have named the stakes.

New Orleans mayor (and famed Slanch Report doppelganger) Ray Nagin will send CDs of New Orleans-based musicians, Mardi Gras cakes and other local foods in his package if the Colts pull out a victory in the big game.

On the other side, Indianapolis mayor Greg Ballard has offered up that item that everyone knows Indianapolis for, the item that gourmands come from around the world to sample; shrimp cocktail with plenty of horseradish from St. Elmo's Steakhouse.

Um. What? Indianapolis' best item is SHRIMP COCKTAIL? Indy is like 100 miles away from any substantive body of water so where exactly are these shrimp coming from? Hell they're probably from NEW ORLEANS! How is it possible that Indy has NOTHING else to wager? There has to be SOMETHING else in Indy that's worthwhile right?
